Account Services Lead

Position Overview:
OLIVER Agency is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to enhance our team dynamics and provide exceptional support to our financial services clientele. This role will work closely with the Business Director and various internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will encompass overseeing social media, digital, and video initiatives to guarantee effective execution. This includes managing client inquiries, delegating tasks to team members, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resources for design and creative projects
- Managing resource distribution and generating monthly performance reports
- Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and status updates using workflow management tools
- Collecting client feedback and addressing any issues or areas for enhancement
- Resolving workflow and asset management system challenges
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing social media, digital, and video projects
- A degree in a relevant discipline
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, adept at handling client inquiries and briefs
- Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative team player with proficiency in written English; French language skills are advantageous
