Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff regarding their roles, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
  • Assess the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
  • Recruit food service personnel.
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are upheld.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Supervise the assembly of meal trays.
  • Develop and manage work schedules.
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.

Transportation/Travel Information

Access to public transportation is available.
