Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our Housekeeping Leadership Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our guest rooms and public spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize all assigned guest rooms and public spaces, including dusting, making beds, soiled linen/garbage removal, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and disinfecting.
- Lost and Found: Return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office.
- Deep Cleaning: Participate in deep cleaning of rooms as required.
- Supply Management: Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Room Updates: Consistently update and record all cleaned rooms.
- Safety and Sanitation: Follow all safety & sanitation policies and work safely to prevent injury.
- Teamwork: Foster positive cross-departmental relationships to create a seamless experience.
- Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs required in guest rooms, service areas, and public spaces.
- Previous Experience: Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliability and Teamwork: Highly responsible and reliable, with the ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision.
This is a Full-Time position that requires the ability to work weekends, holidays, and shift work as scheduled.
