Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut Corunna. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring timely and accurate food preparation and presentation.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure food meets our high standards.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Our kitchen environment can be noisy, wet/damp, and hot. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
