Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality food service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required, providing accurate and timely information.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and physically demanding work.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
Work Environment: Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
