Risk Management Leader, Technology Operations

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Fraud Product Technology, Governance Risk Control function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective risk management strategies to ensure the integrity of our technology operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with our technology operations.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, IT professionals, and vendors, to ensure effective risk management and compliance.
- Manage Governance and Compliance: Oversee the development and implementation of governance and compliance frameworks to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead Technology Risk Assessments: Conduct regular technology risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks to our technology operations.
- Develop and Implement Controls: Develop and implement controls to mitigate identified risks and ensure effective risk management.
- Monitor and Report: Monitor and report on risk management activities, including risk assessments, control effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead a Team: Lead a team of risk management professionals to ensure effective risk management and compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in risk management, governance, and compliance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or information technology.
- Skills: Strong risk management, governance, and compliance skills, including experience with risk assessment, control development, and compliance monitoring.
- Certifications: CISSP, CSAM, or COBIT certification, or relevant experience in a technology operations or application management role.
