Senior Executive Director Opportunity

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Director to lead our long term care community. As the most senior leader in our home, you will be responsible for driving and sustaining a culture that inspires our core values – positivity, accountability, community, and caring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build a high performing management team and implement a person-centred care philosophy for resident care and clinical services
  • Plan, coordinate, direct and monitor the effectiveness of operational activities, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue growth
  • Actively utilize established standards and resources to cultivate an optimal work environment, engaging managers and front line team members in delivering the best resident experience
  • Forge relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring seamless transitions through various stages of a resident's journey
  • Understand and interpret various regulations governing senior health care, ensuring compliance for team members, residents and families
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Health or Social Services
  • 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in long term care, health services or social services
  • Proven track record of effective team management, budget management and operational excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships
