About the Role- Lead a team with purpose and passion, driving a culture that inspires core values and excellence.
- Balance relationships with seniors, their families, team members, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional care.
- Implement and manage a person-centred care philosophy for resident care and clinical services, prioritizing individualized attention and support.
- Drive occupancy and revenue growth, focusing on maximizing preferred accommodations and ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.
- Forge strong relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards that govern senior healthcare.
We are a leading provider of seniors' living residences, with a portfolio of 70 residences across Canada, dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where all team members and residents feel valued and supported.
Requirements- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Health or Social Services, with a strong foundation in leadership and management.
- 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care, health services, or social services, with a proven track record of operational excellence and team management.
- A licensed administrator in the Province of Ontario, or completion of a long-term care home administration program with a minimum of 100 hours of instruction.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with seniors, their families, team members, and external stakeholders, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction and care.
