Our Global Security department operates around the clock, staffed by experts in security and crisis management who possess a deep understanding of the risks associated with international travel. We provide our clients with thorough assessments of security threats, strategic advice on risk mitigation, and guidance to foster a secure environment for their teams.
The Security Operations Coordinator will assist the Regional Security Manager in delivering high-quality operational security services. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support to the security desk, offering security advice and assistance to travelers and corporate security managers.
- Collaborating with the security operations team during critical incidents across various regions.
- Delivering 'Active Monitoring' services to clients impacted by significant security events.
- Participating in the Incident Management Team to coordinate operations during escalated situations and evacuations.
- Working with Global Threat Analysts to enhance operational advice and risk intelligence for the Americas.
- Contributing to the development of security operational capabilities across the region and managing asset due diligence.
- Coordinating with the medical team to establish emergency medical response protocols.
Training and Development
The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training for the role and the opportunity to participate in an extensive Crisis and Security Risk Manager training program designed to enhance your skills and professional qualifications.

Qualifications
To be considered for the Security Operations Coordinator position, candidates should possess:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as International Relations or Political Science.
- Proven knowledge of political and security dynamics in the Americas.
- Experience in security operations, crisis management, and logistical planning.
- Experience in an international context, such as working for a multinational organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a history of collaboration in small teams.
- The ability to maintain composure and attention to detail under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to build rapport quickly.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
