Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Banking Advisor Intern to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized advice and guidance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and referrals
  • Utilize technology to deliver a memorable client experience and drive business growth
  • Actively listen and respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
Requirements
  • Mutual Funds accreditation and/or completed Certificate in Financial Services Advice
  • Goal-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client service
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Digital literacy and proficiency in using technology to deliver a memorable client experience
