Banking Advisor Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Banking Advisor Intern to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients, while also developing your skills and expertise in the field of banking and finance.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized advice and solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Completed Certificate in Financial Services Advice, offered through the CSI (i.e. Personal Financial Service Advice and Financial Planning I) to qualify as Financial Advisor
- Mutual Funds accreditation (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)
- Goal-oriented individual with a demonstrated passion for putting clients first
- Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
