Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Valid Apprenticeship certification
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine work orders for accuracy
  • Conduct road tests on vehicles
  • Evaluate automotive systems and components
  • Modify, fix, or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Provide estimates for parts and labor for vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Carry out routine maintenance services
  • Inform clients about services rendered and future maintenance needs
  • Complete documentation to track issues and services performed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
Required Certifications:
  • Certification as an Automotive Service Technician
