Role Summary:

As an Automotive Tire Technician, your primary responsibilities will include a variety of tire-related tasks such as installation, balancing, and repairs. Key Duties:

  • Execute tire installations, including mounting and balancing procedures.
  • Diagnose and resolve tire-related issues such as punctures, leaks, and tread deterioration.
  • Conduct inspections to evaluate tire conditions and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Utilize specialized tools and equipment to deliver precise and efficient tire services.
  • Provide exemplary customer service by addressing inquiries and offering informed recommendations.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Keep detailed records of services rendered and parts utilized.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in tire technology.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Tire Technician or in a comparable automotive position is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with various tire brands, types, and repair methodologies.
  • Capability to operate tire-changing and balancing machinery safely and effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
