**Job Summary**

The Retail Supervisor is a key member of the COWS team, responsible for leading the retail team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the retail team in delivering COWS World Class Service to customers
  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Act as a liaison between staff and management, addressing staff and customer concerns
  • Open and close the store, ensuring all tasks are completed
  • Prepare bank deposits and handle cash transactions
  • Restock merchandise and maintain a clean and tidy store environment

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and staff
  • Team-oriented personality with a competitive spirit
  • Efficient problem-solving skills and a sense of humor
  • Reliable transportation and availability from May to September

Physical Requirements:

  • Bending, lifting up to 30 lbs
  • Standing for the duration of the shift
