Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Information Service Representative to join our team at Canadian Tire Store 460. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement effective communication strategies to engage with customers and promote our services.
  • Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies to drive business growth.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Process refunds and credits, and issue receipts and other forms as needed.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and maintenance of our digital database.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Equivalent experience in a related field.
