About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at Motion. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Work closely with our service technicians and sales consultants to oversee client order administration and ensure seamless communication.
  • Process payments, manage bank deposits, and handle billing and payments as needed.
  • Coordinate equipment rentals and sales, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, rental, and inventory information using our Navision software.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm all paperwork, such as rental agreements and quotes, is complete and accurate.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and organization, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Empathy and respect for clients' needs and circumstances.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort navigating databases.
  • Clean criminal background check and bondability.
