Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Server to join our team at 45006 Yukon Inc. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests in a variety of settings, including restaurants and resorts.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, ranging from 1 to 7 months.
- Various settings including restaurants, hotels, and remote locations.
- Staff accommodation is available.
- Rural areas with a focus on hospitality services.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Present bills and process payments using cash, credit, or debit cards.
- Inform customers about menu items and daily specials.
- Provide recommendations on menu selections.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, trays, and chairs.
- Offer guidance on wine selections.
- Welcome guests, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently.
- Take and relay orders to kitchen and bar staff.
- Assist guests with special needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Familiarity with electronic cash registers and point of sale systems.
- Must be bondable.
- Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle heavy loads as necessary.
- Willingness to work overtime.
- Physically demanding tasks including standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral communication abilities.
- Flexibility and initiative in the workplace.
- Organized and reliable team player.
