Server - Food and Beverage Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at New Nugget Restaurant. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
- Food and Beverage Service
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Restaurant Operations
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
- Describe and advise on wine selection.
- Greet patrons, present menus, and make recommendations.
- Computer and Technology
- Operate an electronic cash register and point of sale system.
- Security and Safety
- Meet bondable requirements.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Stand for extended periods.
- Handle heavy loads.
- Work under pressure.
- Weight Handling
- Handle weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
