Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at NEW HAPPY LIQUOR. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Merchandising: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and establish work schedules to meet business needs.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
