Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at NEW HAPPY LIQUOR. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and rotated to minimize waste and optimize sales.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Merchandising and Sales: Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth, including visual merchandising and promotional activities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
