About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Red Angel Liquor. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks
    • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are adequately trained
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is always available for customers
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Sell merchandise to customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Store Operations
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that the store is always well-staffed
    • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Schedule
    • 30 to 40 hours per week
