Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at High River Donair and Pizza. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including take-out food, to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Take customers' orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Food Handling and Storage: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Equipment Operation: Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, as well as operate conventional ovens, grills, and electronic cash registers.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train on the job.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, working under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, initiative, dependability, and a positive attitude.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
