Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Sweetea Cafe. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and package food items, including portioning and wrapping foods, and heating and finishing simple food items.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and surfaces, and restocking refrigerators and salad bars.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, and remove kitchen garbage and trash.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35-40 hours per week.
Our cafe is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding job. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure.
