Job Summary

Cristhian's Carpenter & Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team. As a Construction Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the guidance of experienced construction professionals.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Tend or feed machines and equipment used in construction to ensure optimal performance.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites to minimize disruptions and ensure public safety.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems to meet project requirements.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment. You must be able to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and withstand varying weather conditions.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
