Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

JET CLEAN SERVICES is seeking a reliable and organized Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit and train new cleaning staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our cleaning standards are met.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repairs, and recommend these to management.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and equipment to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our cleaning operations are aligned with their needs and goals.
Requirements:
  • Dependability: We are looking for someone who is reliable and able to work independently.
  • Flexibility: You should be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Reliability: We need someone who can be counted on to get the job done.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
