Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At STATION HOUSE BAR AND GRILL DTR VENTURES LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, including servers, food preparers, and kitchen helpers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in food preparation, sanitation, and customer service.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that food and beverages meet our high standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and sales to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, and communicate effectively with staff and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Restaurant
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player
