Job Summary

Problue Contractors Ltd. is seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, taping joints, and applying successive coats of compound to ensure a smooth finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install Drywall Sheets: Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets to create a solid foundation for our construction projects.
  • Tape Joints and Apply Compound: Use a taping machine to tape over joints and embed tape in compound to create a seamless finish.
  • Smooth Out Excess Compound: Ensure a smooth finish by applying successive coats of compound and sanding seams and joints.
  • Work Safely and Efficiently: Maintain a safe working environment and work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure a successful project outcome.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
