As a Senior Business Solutions Consultant, you will be tasked with evaluating business and user requirements, collaborating with diverse teams, and offering technical direction to facilitate projects within the investment management sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform business and user assessments for designated applications and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs and technical specifications.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and workshops to collect feedback and confirm requirements.
- Create essential documentation for application and process improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in capital markets, providing insights to team members.
- Identify potential risks and recommend solutions to ensure effective project execution.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business capability roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the capital markets domain.
- Strong technical proficiency in Bloomberg products and portfolio management systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is advantageous.
