Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Armour Built Catering Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu offerings.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Establish work schedules and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
