Abstract Developments is in search of a dedicated Retail Sales Specialist to enhance our dynamic team.

In this role, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the project sales team to deliver outstanding sales and service to our clients through Abstract's premier Home Stores. As an exceptional communicator and relationship builder, the Retail Sales Specialist is a proactive individual, driven to achieve and surpass sales targets by supporting the Sales Manager with strategic prospecting, follow-ups, and closing deals, while ensuring a remarkable experience throughout the homeownership process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and customer satisfaction goals for your assigned projects.
  • Build, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with clients and organizational stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the homeownership experience.
  • Work alongside various internal teams to assist in the development of effective marketing and sales strategies, coordinating with team members for successful execution.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism in the Presentation Center and display suites, ensuring marketing materials and signage are presented well, and the environment is clean and organized.
  • Assist the Project Sales Manager by accurately completing all necessary paperwork and reports on time, while keeping the CRM database and customer files updated.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to review market conditions, strategies, traffic, current customers, and potential prospects.
  • Organize and engage in sales events, presentations, and seminars to promote Abstract's communities, including open houses and virtual events.
  • Collaborate with homeowner care and construction teams to ensure a smooth home delivery process for clients.
  • Monitor industry competition, stay informed on current developments, and provide feedback as needed.
  • Engage in sales training initiatives to enhance skills and advance in your career.
  • Embody the values of 'Quality, Passion, and Integrity' in all daily activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience, with direct experience in selling new multifamily homes being a plus.
  • Highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Exceptional skills in prospecting, sales, communication, and closing.
  • A strong commitment to high standards of customer care and service.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • A high school diploma is mandatory; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is considered an asset.
