At Urban Barn, we're passionate about helping people create homes they love. As a Store Supervisor, you'll play a key role in enriching the customer experience and growing your skills with a well-known Canadian retailer.

As a leader in our inspiring furniture and home decor store, you'll collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

We're looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide customers in their decor choices and provide expert advice
  • Open, prepare, and close the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Train and coach team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Support operational tasks for stock and merchandising, ensuring the store runs smoothly
  • Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of Retail sales experience, with a passion for interior decor and merchandising
  • Experience in Customer Service Leadership, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A flexible schedule, with availability to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
  • The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
