As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in enriching the customer experience while growing your experience with a well-known Canadian retailer. You will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide customers in their decor choices and provide expert advice on interior décor and merchandising
  • Open, prepare, and close the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Train and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support operational tasks for stock and merchandising, ensuring the store runs smoothly
  • Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers
