About This Role
Giant Tiger is a dynamic Canadian retailer with a strong commitment to the community and over 60 years of success. We are seeking a skilled Softgoods Associate to join our team in Grimsby, ON.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain planograms, labels, tickets, and signing standards to ensure a visually appealing store environment
• Perform cycle counts and complete markdowns and SKU changes as required
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards
Requirements
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with a variety of customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 18 kg (40 lbs.)
