Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Humpty's Family Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be physically demanding.
