Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our finance team at Elby Professional Recruitment Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning and analysis support to our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Provide support for mergers and acquisitions, including financial due diligence and integration planning.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in an FP&A focused role.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with data analytic tools.
  • Certifications: CPA is an asset but not required.
