Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor

St. Mary's General Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing operational and strategic direction while maintaining high-end quality financial and clinical reporting and advising on all areas of St. Mary's General Hospital's (SMGH) financial and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial planning and analysis support to the Director of Finance and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, department managers, and other hospital leaders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
