About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mega Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, establish work schedules, and organize and maintain inventory to ensure that the sales floor is always fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
  • Store Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the store, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales, inventory, and customer service metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
