About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Furniture Production Labourer to join our team at MS SOFA MANUFACTURE LTD. as a key member of our manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Check and weigh materials and products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Sorting and Packaging: Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products efficiently and safely.
  • Assistance and Support: Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers to maintain a smooth production process.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Work Environment and Conditions
  • Work Site Environment: Our manufacturing facility is a fast-paced environment with dusty conditions.
  • Work Setting: You will be working in a furniture manufacturing company with a large workload.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
