Furniture Manufacturing Labourer Job Description

MS SOFA MANUFACTURE LTD. is seeking a skilled Furniture Manufacturing Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check and weigh materials and products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products efficiently and safely.
  • Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers to meet production targets.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Work Environment:

Our manufacturing facility is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding work. You will be required to stand for extended periods, combine sitting, standing, and walking, and work under pressure to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Physical capabilities: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work in a team environment.
