About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatchers Supervisor to join our team at Haulage North America Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the planning and organization of operational logistics.
  • Manage Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available when needed.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that employees are meeting expectations and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
