Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatchers Supervisor to join our team at IBEX TRUCKS LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational logistics.
  • Oversee the coordination and assignment of work to team members, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the smooth operation of our fleet.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a transportation or logistics setting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
