About the Role
BDO is seeking a Senior Insolvency Advisor to join our Personal Debt Solution team in Niagara. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting debtors and creditors in bankruptcies and proposals, performing initial consultations, and reviewing interview forms.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to clients, helping them navigate complex debt situations
- Conduct thorough assessments of debtor situations and recommend appropriate options
- Review and prepare files/documents for client signing
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in insolvency or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a variable workload
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
