We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team at Surrcars Auto Group Inc.
Job Summary:The General Manager, Sales will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company funds.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
The General Manager, Sales will work in a fast-paced sales environment with a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The work schedule is 30 to 40 hours per week.
Travel:The General Manager, Sales may be required to travel occasionally for business purposes.
