About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at 0639503 BC Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Assign tasks and duties to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal sales performance.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of sales and stock levels.
    • Establish and maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Identify opportunities to increase sales and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales trends and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring the store operates within budget.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Work Environment
    • Non-smoking work environment.
    • Ability to work in a retail store setting, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
