Employment Type: Full-Time/Regular - Night Shifts (6:30 pm to 6:30 am - 4 Days On/4 Days Off)

Key Responsibilities:
As a Component Assembly Technician, your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Assembling raw materials efficiently.
  • Conducting sample builds, operating the assembly process, and manually verifying product functionality and compliance with specifications.
  • Adjusting the Klockner machine and identifying as well as rectifying defects as necessary.
  • Installing fluid bags on the production line and managing builds to optimize productivity.
  • Performing regular visual inspections of products during assembly in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Identifying issues with raw materials or processes and taking prompt action to consult with the operational team leader for resolution.
  • Assessing quality and productivity challenges to reduce defects and enhance efficiency.
  • Implementing required material changes promptly to minimize processing delays.
  • Maintaining accurate and legible records of observations, findings, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Understanding and adhering to relevant EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Promoting a safe and healthy workplace culture while safeguarding the environment.

Qualifications:
  • A High School diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
