Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assembly Component Operator. This is a great opportunity to begin a career with a globally recognized medical manufacturing and research facility.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assemble raw materials and conduct sample builds to ensure product functionality and conformance to specifications.
  • Make adjustments to the Klockner machine and identify defects as required.
  • Install fluid bags on the line and run builds to maximize productivity.
  • Perform regular visual inspections of product during the build in accordance with guidelines and procedures.
  • Identify problems with raw materials or process and take immediate action to consult the operational team leader for advice or assistance.
  • Evaluate quality and productivity problems to minimize defects and maximize productivity.
  • Make required material changes in a timely manner to minimize lost processing time.
  • Record accurate, legible data in a timely manner and keep a good record of observations, findings, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Understand and comply with applicable EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • A High School diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to details.
  • Ability to complete assigned work requests and solve problems in an effective and timely manner.
  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional fast-paced environment.
