Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
This position is situated in a retail/wholesale establishment and may involve managing a budget ranging from $1,500,001 to $4,000,000.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Supervise job classification and evaluation processes.
- Design and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Oversee contract management and compliance.
- Lead training and development initiatives.
- Analyze employee data to inform strategic decisions.
- Formulate communication strategies for the organization.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Collaborate with management, union representatives, and HR consultants.
- Facilitate staff consultations and grievance handling.
- Manage payroll operations efficiently.
- Coordinate and assess various projects and programs.
- Direct daily operations to ensure organizational effectiveness.
Responsible for overseeing a team of more than 20 employees.
Technical SkillsProficient in MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Transportation and TravelAccess to public transportation is available for commuting.
