About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at 2390516 AB Ltd. as a Store Supervisor. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Manage the store's inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
    • Coordinate visual merchandising and store displays to maximize sales and customer engagement.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to increase sales and implement strategies to achieve growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role
  • Work Setting
    • Retail business environment
    • Willingness to relocate for this position
