About the Role

Xpertbizz is seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SAP applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development and support of SAP modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide technical expertise in the design and development of applications using emerging technology platforms, including ABAP, ABAP OO, FPM, BOPF, Webdynpro, Workflow, SQL, FIORI, NWGW, and HANA Modeling.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to Xpertbizz's development standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze organizational needs and goals, and develop application systems that meet those needs.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of defects, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and methodologies, including ASAP and Agile.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of SAP implementation experience, with a focus on logistics and transportation management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Agile.
  • Experience with requirements analysis and design of technical solutions, ranging in scope and size.
  • Excellent analytical and contextualization skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in business terms.
  • Ability to create development effort and cost estimates, and manage RICEFW development standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to debug defects and identify root causes.
  • Ability to mentor new developers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
