About the Role

Xpertbizz is seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SAP applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development and support of SAP modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Provide technical expertise in the design and development of applications using emerging technology platforms, including ABAP, ABAP OO, FPM, BOPF, Webdynpro, Workflow, SQL, FIORI, NWGW, and HANA Modeling.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to Xpertbizz's development standards and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of organizational needs and goals to identify opportunities for application development and implementation.
  • Review, analyze, and modify programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging, and installing for large-scale systems.
  • Ensure the operating efficiency of existing application systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of system development and revisions, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain custom-built functionality and interfaces for SAP applications.
  • Participate in daily production checks and operations processes to ensure incident-free operations and timely resolution of issues.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve incidents or defects that arise in SAP applications, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of SAP implementation experience, preferably with 2 full project lifecycles in TM, EM, or SD, with a focus on logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of new technical areas, including BOPF, FPM, Fiori/SAPUI5, ABAP OO, BRF+, Webdynpro, and Adobe Forms.
  • Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Agile.
  • SAP training in custom development and certification is considered an asset.
  • Experience in requirements analysis and design of technical solutions, ranging in scope and size.
  • Strong analytical and contextualization skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in business and functional terms.
  • Ability to create development effort and cost estimates using inputs from functional teams and manage RICEFW development standards.
  • Knowledgeable in new technical areas, including ABAP OO, BRF+, BOPF, FPM, Webdynpro, and Adobe Forms.
  • Ability to mentor new developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
